The Nikon Spinning Disk 2 + Epifluorescence microscope is an inverted Nikon Ti microscope set up for both spinning disk imaging with a CSU0X1 and EMCCD camera and 4-color fluorescence imaging with and Andor CMOS camera. With a stage top incubator can C02 mixer it can be used for both fixed and live cells.
