Project Description
A 3D reconstruction of the arteries in an E13.5 mouse embryo. The mouse expresses tdTomato in the arteries, was cleared with the passive CLARITY protocol, and imaged on the light sheet microscope. The resulting images were 3D reconstructed and rendered to make the movie The image is about 6 mm on each side, with a resolution of about 5 μm. Courtesy of Gabe McKinsey and Tom Arnold.
