A Drosophila S2 cell undergoing mitosis. The cell expresses mCherry-tagged tubulin and GFP-tagged Histone H2B. This movie is a maximum intensity projection of a Z-stack and was recorded on the spinning disk confocal with a 100x / 1.4 NA objective. Cells courtesy of Nico Stuurman.
