Project Description
This image was acquired on the 6D / High Throughput microscope with a 2x /0.1 NA objective, brightfield illumination, and a color camera. The pixel size is 1.5 μm, which is diffraction limited for the 2x / 0.1 NA objective. This is stitched together from about 250 images to give a 4 gigapixel final image. The original sample was about 10 x 7 cm and it took about 15 minutes to capture the entire image. The edges are cut off due to the limits of stage travel on the microscope.
